Room Diffuser Care
- Caring for your diffuser is important- take note and care of the following, and yours should last up to six months.
- Reverse the reeds regularly to recharge and ensure the consistency of the fragrance. Once opened, soak the reeds for up to 4 hours and then turn for the first time.
- Do not place in direct sunlight i.e on a bathroom window sill.
- Try to clean off the top of the jar, as well as gently wipe down the reeds before turning them, doing so will help limit dust from settling into the diffuser.
- Be diligent and place away from plug points and keep safely away from children. If some of the contents are spilled, clean up immediately with a paper towel.
- PLEASE do not expose to flames, or try and light the sticks!!
Soy Candle Care
- Please store your candles in at cool room temperature or below. This is to prevent them from softening, bending, or melting altogether.
- Be sure to keep out of reach of children and pets, and please be careful when moving lit candles.
- Always keep your wicks trimmed to about 0.5-1 cm prior to being lit again! This will ensure that your soy wax candle burns evenly, plus prevent soot from getting in your candle.
- To ensure that you don’t lose fragrance from your soy wax candle, extinguish the flame using a candle lid, a snuffer, or a dipper.
- Burn your soy wax candles for 2-3 hours for 200g or 500g, or until the entire surface of the wax has fully melted (a pool look-alike).
- Stop burning your candle when there is about 3-4 cm of wax remaining, and when this happens don’t extinguish your candle with water! To remove the last bit of wax in your vessel, store it into the freezer and wipe it clean.
- All our vessels are 100% glass, we recommend re-using your vessels to store your keys, herbs, succulents, or as a storage container!
Room-Linen Mist Care
- Keep the mist in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. This helps preserve the quality and fragrance of the mist.
- Shake the bottle gently before each use to ensure the fragrance and ingredients are well-mixed. Hold the bottle at a distance of 6-12 inches from the surface you’re misting.
- Use the mist sparingly to prevent over-saturation of surfaces. For linens, lightly spray from a distance and allow time to air dry.
- Before spraying on delicate fabrics or surfaces, test in a small, inconspicuous area to ensure compatibility and avoid staining.
- Keep the mist out of reach of children and pets. Avoid spraying near food or on surfaces that come into direct contact with food.
- If a spill occurs, clean up immediately with a damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
